Two facts of the day for you: firstly, the best holiday you can plan is to go to Japan, that place is just the best. And secondly, the Japanese are obsessed with matcha. For a good reason. It’s delicious. In every way. In Kyoto you will find people queueing for hours just to get a popular matcha cake. And apparently London is no different. Just off Chinatown you will find a little street where Tsujiri brings you the best in all things matcha.

Most popular is their soft serve matcha ice cream in a fun fish-shaped cone. And their bubble teas or matcha cheesecakes are great. But if you’re feeling adventurous then go for one of their sundaes. The bubble sundae is a concoction of soft serve, bubble tea, and cornflakes. The castle sundae is similar but with additional red bean paste and a waffle castle on top.
