Ozone Coffee
With sustainability front and centre of their mission statement, Ozone Coffee might just be the best coffee you will get in London right now. They have two ‘eateries’ in London (my fave in Shoreditch and also London Fields). These spaces are roomy and comfortable. Prop yourself up next to the massive warehouse windows to get some work done (while actually just watching the world go by) or grab a table for a chinwag with a mate over brunch.

So to the coffees: they’ve got a great mix, and no heavy roasts here (big thumbs up). You feel like you’re in a roastery. You can see all the equipment they use right there, including experimental coffee machines and vacuum infusers. Proper lab feeling. And to my surprise the food is pretty damn good too, with most of the brunch dishes served up with amazing poached eggs. If you’re a coffeeholic then look no further!
