Every cocktail is a delight, expertly crafted by a team that obviously cares way more about their profession than most people do about anything in their lives. You will end up on a rabbithole journey into the intricacies of mixology - even more impressive when you discover their lab in the back for creating the perfect aromatic cocktail, this is where the magic happens.

Must see: Always kick things off with the Kasimir - vodka, yoghurt, absinthe. Yes please. And then anything the staff recommend as there is officially no arguing with their knowledge.
